FIT (Fitness)~
I have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve thier fitness goals. I have a degree in Exercise Science from Gonzaga University. I worked in the Health Club industry for years as a Fitness Coordinator (management), Instructor (Spinning, Yoga, Aerobics, Boot Camp, Pilates, etc etc), Personal Trainer, Consultant, Writer. I also was fortunate to be able to work on multiple Childhod Obesity Research Projects and was published by the American College of Sports Med, and presented our results all over the world. I have worked on camera a bit as well making healthy lifestyle videos and presenting healthy living topics for news broadcasts. Once I had my children, I decided to stay at home for a while and still work as a consultant, trainer and group fitness instructor. This Blog will include many health and fitness topics - I love sharing all that I can with others!
FANCY (Fancy Things)~
I am the creator and owner of The Olive Star Boutique - which can be found on Facebook & Etsy. I sell unique, spunky, handmade children's accessories and gifts! I love crafting and making everything just a bit more fancy & exciting... From my daughter's birthday party to my husband's flight suit (I actually bedazzled him some flight patches :) ). This BLOG will also share many craft tips and deals as they come up.
FREE (Freedom)~
I am a Military Wife - I am very proud of my Husband who flies on the B52. I love the life that we have and wouldn't change a thing. I am very proud of this country and all who serve to keep us free.

"Free" Again, because I am really into Couponing - I LOVE a great deal! In this BLOG I will be updating great deals, coupon offers, etc local and nationally. I love finding great deals on groceries, etc. The best deals = Free, so anytime I find a store that also has great coupon match ups, I will share that with you!
